The following guidelines outline the account set up procedure. By meeting these requirements you will qualify for wholesale prices.
PAYMENT AND SETTLEMENT TERMS
• Opening Order payments subject to terms and conditions of opening package size.
• Re-orders 100% payment upfront unless prior arrangements agreed upon with Sales Director.
• Payments can be made by checks, credit card or direct deposit.
• Checks must be made payable to ISO Youth and include full business name and address on the back and will require clearance.
• The buyer agrees and undertakes to pay the $50.00 administration fee for any dishonored checks.
For internet banking and direct deposits an emailed copy of the transaction must be sent to the Account Executive.

CREDIT CLAIMS
Claims for shortages, loss or damage must be made by contacting your Account Executive within 7 days.
Should you receive any damaged packaging upon receipt of your order ISO Youth will replace the packaging. ISO Youth will not accept the return of old or discontinued products. ISO Youth does not issue credits only replacements. For all product returns and credits a customer return form must be completed and sent to head office with the goods after a RA (Return Authorization) number has been given, please contact your Account Executive for this.
TITLE OF GOODS
All products remain the property of ISO Youth until payment in full of the purchase price has been received.
In the event of the buyer failing to pay for the goods in accordance to the time stipulated, or within such alternative time as may be agreed, such failure will constitute a breach of this agreement.
ISO Youth shall therefore be entitled to retake possession of the goods.
The order forms / SS price lists issued by ISO Youth are subject to change with notice of 30 Days.
ISO Youth accepts the right to accept or decline any order in whole or part.
ORDERING
* All products remain the property of ISO Youth until payment in full of the purchase price has been received.
* Orders are to be placed with your Account Executive via phone or email.
DELIVERY OF GOODS
ISO Youth will not be held responsible for late deliveries.
ISO Youth will check each order before the order leaves our facilities. It is the Buyers responsibility to check the order upon receipt of the goods. Any discrepancies must be brought to the Supplier’s attention within 7 days.
POSTAGE & HANDLING
• Postage is per freight and handling protocol for your zone. These charges are subject to change.
• The Buyer will be notified upon request of the relevant changes.
• All postage charges are subject to change without notice.
TRADEMARK AND COPYRIGHT
The Buyer is permitted to use all ISO Youth marks and promotional materials, images and copy, solely in connection with Pure Gold products and solely in a manner approved by ISO Youth
LIABILITY
ISO Youth shall not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury sustained by the Buyer or the Buyer’s customers as a result of the use of ISO Youth products, except to the extent provided for by legislation.
RETURN PRODUCTS
If you wish to return a Product, YOU MUST KEEP ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND RECEIPT!
You must then ship Product back to us within THREE (3) BUSINESS DAYS: in its original packaging, with the original receipt enclosed, as per the shipping instructions provided on the form, and within a Standard Airfreight transit schedule (delivery no later than 7 business days).
After receiving Product, we shall authenticate it and verify its condition. Upon successful authentication & verification we will refund you within fourteen (14) business days. Any refund will occur in the same payment method used by you to purchase Product. Product showing signs of alteration or damage of any kind will not be accepted for return. In such cases, the Site reserves the right to offer you a reduction of the refund to compensate for damages.
We reserve the right to withdraw this policy at our sole discretion for any Purchaser, at any time and for any reason. If retracted, this will not affect any previous orders shipped when this money back guarantee policy was in effect. Purchasers of orders in process but not shipped will be contacted if this money back guarantee is retracted.
RETURN EXCLUSIONS
A Product cannot be returned in the following cases:
